About the Role
At Loves Travel Stops & Country Store, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Truck Care Cashier, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while operating the cash registers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
- Operate the cash register accurately and maintain an organized drawer.
- Input work order information into the POS system and verify accuracy of services performed.
- Communicate effectively with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders.
- Perform basic housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and restocking merchandise.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 6 months retail and cash handling experience preferred.
- Trucking industry experience preferred.
