Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers, ensuring a positive experience at our travel stops and convenience stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general customer service duties, including helping customers find items and answering questions about products and services.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Clean your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs as needed.
Requirements
- Able to move, lift 25 pounds.
- Able to work in various temperatures.
