Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers, including answering questions about products and services, helping customers find items, and addressing customer needs. You will also be responsible for balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
