Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers while maintaining clean and safe environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions about products and services, addressing customer needs, and helping customers find items.
- Balance cash registers by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Maintain a clean and organized working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and complete trash runs.
- Cross-train in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
