Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues with wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with roadside services and preventative maintenance needs.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with diesel engines and heavy equipment.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in close quarters.
- Valid medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
