Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues on diesel engines.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues on diesel engines, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.
- Assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance services.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 75 pounds in close quarters.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Possession of a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
