What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diesel Technician/Mechanic position at Loves Travel Stops & Country Store?
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will interact with customers and drivers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their travel experiences and daily lives.
The role involves troubleshooting and repairing minor mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, air conditioning, and engine components.
You will also assist customers with roadside services, provide preventative maintenance, and prioritize their safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
A rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you must be able to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation.
