Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers and drivers from all over the country, making their travels and day better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues with vehicles, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, air conditioning, and engine components.
- Assist customers with roadside services, providing timely and courteous support.
- Offer preventative maintenance services to help customers keep their vehicles in top condition.
- Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.
Requirements:
- Able to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation.
