Job Title: Diesel Technician
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Diesel Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment maintaining clean places with friendly faces.
Key Responsibilities:
A variety of tasks will keep your job exciting, including:
Troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues such as wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
Assisting customers with roadside services
Providing preventative maintenance services
Moving, lifting up to 75 pounds while working in close quarters
Working in various temperatures
Requirements:
To be successful as a Diesel Technician, you must have the ability to:
Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures
Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
