About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues on diesel engines, as well as providing preventative maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues on diesel engines, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.
- Provide preventative maintenance services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of vehicles.
- Assist customers with roadside services and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or technician preferred.
- Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
- Valid driver's license required.
