Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Diesel Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean facilities with friendly faces.
You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and day better. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues such as wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
- Assist customers with roadside services
- Provide preventative maintenance services
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to move, lift 75 pounds, and work in close quarters. You will also need to work in various temperatures and follow company safety policies and procedures. A rotating schedule that alternates between day and night is required.
