Description:
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues on diesel engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on diesel engines, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
- Assist customers with roadside services, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Provide preventative maintenance services to ensure vehicles are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by the company).
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds and work in close quarters.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with diesel engines and mechanical systems.
