Job Summary
A Diesel Technician at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores will work in a fast-paced environment to maintain clean facilities with friendly faces. This role involves interacting with customers & drivers from all over, making their travels and day better.
Key Job Functions:
- Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
- Assist customers with roadside services
- Provide preventative maintenance services
Requirements:
- Ability to move, lift 75 pounds while working in close quarters
- Ability to work in various temperatures
- Must prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers, adhering to company safety policies & procedures
- Will work a rotating schedule alternating between day and night as needed
- Must obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
