Job Description

The Dining Establishment Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing facilities and equipment maintenance, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in restaurant management or related field.
• Proven ability to analyze profit and loss statements and affect change to capture opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
