Job Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, and plumbing repair
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs
• Participate in training programs and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
• 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance, customer service, or related field
• Ability to move, lift 25 pounds, and work in varying temperatures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
