As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of our restaurant at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores. Your responsibilities will include leading staff, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance and adherence to proper food safety procedures.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to execute tasks, manage schedules, and ensure financial integrity.
- Supervise and train staff to meet customer service expectations and achieve results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- 1 year of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
