Job Description
The Food Service Manager Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Key responsibilities include ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, driving sales of products and services, and working with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in restaurant management or related field.
- Proven ability to analyze profit and loss statements and affect change to capture opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
