We are seeking an experienced Fresh Food Manager to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, adhering to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership in talent acquisition efforts.
• Supervise and train 5 or more employees.

Requirements:

• 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
