Job Overview
We are seeking a Fresh Food Manager to lead our kitchen team in providing exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fresh food kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in managing processes to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, adhering to proper food safety procedures
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Requirements:
- 1 year of management experience
- 1 year of affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- 1 year of supervising and training 5 or more employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
