Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Fresh Food Manager to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fresh kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Kitchen Operations: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, adhering to proper food safety procedures.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Team Management: Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, and work alongside team members to prepare and package products.
- Financial Acumen: Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements
- 1 year of management experience
- 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- 1 year of supervising and training 5 or more employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more
