Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fresh Food Manager to lead our kitchen team and ensure the smooth operation of our fresh food services. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Functions:
- Ensure Kitchen Operations: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen environment while adhering to proper food safety procedures.
- Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Efficiently manage inventory, ordering, stocking, and food preparation to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Team Members: Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze Financial Reports: Understand profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work alongside leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Management Experience: 1 year of management experience in the food industry.
- Financial Management: 1 year of experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
- Leadership Skills: 1 year of supervising and training teams of 5 or more employees.
- Skill Set: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, and ability to lift/move items over 50 pounds.
