Fresh Food Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fresh Food Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our fresh kitchen. You will lead a staff in managing processes to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with adherence to proper food safety procedures
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Work alongside team members to prepare and package products to maximize customer service expectations
- Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
Requirements:
- 1 year of management experience
- 1 year of affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- 1 year of supervising and training 5 or more employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
