Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and friendly customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or other point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor, restrooms, showers, and gas/diesel pumps
- Perform various duties as needed to support the store's operations, such as cross-training in other departments and participating in leadership roles
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a cash register
- Ability to move, lift 25 pounds, and work in various temperatures
