Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service and Cash Handling Specialist to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and cash handling skills to our customers. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing general customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products using a variety of methods and technology.
- Cleaning your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Cross training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
