Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and assisting with various daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Stock and face merchandise in customer area.
- Perform customer area & restroom maintenance such as but not limited to; detail cleaning toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, mirrors and doors, service trash cans, and wipe excess oil off counters, doors, windows.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 6 months retail and cash handling experience preferred.
- Trucking industry experience preferred.
Working Environment:
The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing the duties, the employee is frequently exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, and human waste.
