Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless interactions at the store level. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Cross-train in other departments as needed, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
