Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.
- Able to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- ~1 years restaurant management experience.
- ~1 years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million.
- ~1 years supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- ~ Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee deployment.
