Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in managing multiple business operations, including sales growth and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees and manage processes to drive sales growth and meet organizational goals.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular maintenance and inspections.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, as well as analyze profit and loss statements.
- Supervise and train 5-10 employees, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a travel stop or c-store environment.
- Proven track record of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
