- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular checks and maintenance.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, and inventory management.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities and affect change.
- Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
- 2 years of managing operations with annual sales volume of $2 million.
- 2 years of affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 2 years of supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
