**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2 years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- 2 years of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 2 years of supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Physical Demands:
- Regular talking and hearing.
- Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
