Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations at our travel stop location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to drive sales growth and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on management of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular cleanliness checks, facilities maintenance, equipment upkeep, and safety protocols.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure task execution, schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
• Participate in talent acquisition efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management, preferably with annual sales volume over $2 million.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L statements.
• Supervisory experience with 5-10 employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds is also required.
