**Job Title:** Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations at our Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores location. This role is perfect for driven individuals looking to make an impact and drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
- Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2 years of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2million.
- 2 years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- 2 years supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check.
