Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will lead multiple business operations, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Team Leadership: Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Financial Acumen: Understand financial reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- Management Experience: 2 years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2million.
- Education: Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Skills and Demands: Ability to work various shift times, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service, positive rapport building, expert salesmanship, and ensuring satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
