Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our locations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our teams are well-trained and motivated.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales growth, merchandise execution, and customer service.
- Supervise and train 5-10 employees, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Effect and decipher budgets and P&L statements, making recommendations to improve profitability.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2 years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 Million in sales.
- Experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- Valid Driver License.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
