Job Summary:
We're looking for a driven individual to join our team as an Operations Manager. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make an impact and drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and oversee daily operations to drive sales and meet organizational goals.
- Manage processes and execute strategies to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular checks and maintenance.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and reporting.
- Analyze financial reports and affect change to capture opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and employee deployment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- Ability to analyze budgets and P&L statements.
- Supervisory experience with 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Physical Demands:
- Regular talking and hearing.
- Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- Frequent lifting/moving of items over 75 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required.
