Restaurant General Manager
This is a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our high-volume restaurants and fresh kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Operations:
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen environment.
- Maintain proper food safety procedures at all times.
- Sales Growth:
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Team Management:
- Lead team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting:
- Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- 2 years of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M .
- 2 years of affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- Skills and Demands:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Physical Demands:
- Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
- Certifications/Background Checks:
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
