Job Description:
We are seeking experienced restaurant managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful restaurant operations, delivering quality product in a safe working environment, providing exceptional customer service, and training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Promote sales growth and drive business results
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Exhibit and coach outstanding customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe facility
- Deliver a quality product and meet or exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
- 1 years restaurant management experience
- Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- Affected and deciphered budgets and P&L statements
- Supervised and trained 5-10 employees
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
