Job Title: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead staff in providing exceptional customer service and manage processes to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen while adhering to proper food safety procedures.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Assist the General Manager in completing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks.
Requirements:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- 2 years of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
