About the Job
A Restaurant General Manager will help run our business by overseeing all operations in the restaurant. Daily managerial duties include overseeing, directing, and coordinating activities to better serve customers.
Our managers go beyond the call of duty by ensuring our teams focus on customer satisfaction. This includes providing a quality product, maintaining a clean facility, and delivering world-class service.
Requirements
- 1 year of restaurant management experience
- 1 year of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- 1 year of experience affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- 1 year of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Proven track record of providing a quality product and maintaining a clean facility
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
