Restaurant General Manager
As a Restaurant General Manager at Love's, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our high-volume restaurants and fresh kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, adhering to proper food safety procedures.
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, follow safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, talent acquisition, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Coach and develop team members to prepare and package customer orders efficiently and maximize customer service expectations.
- Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities.
- Address customer feedback to improve the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
- 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- 2 years of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M .
- 2 years of affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
