Job Summary
An Operations Manager is responsible for leading daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage processes and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through maintenance and safety checks.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with managers to achieve talent acquisition goals.
- Manage financial reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2 years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work various shift times, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
