Job Title: Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores.
About the Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for assisting and overseeing daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This includes leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of employees and supervising their work to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations.
- Managing multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular inspections and upkeep.
- Driving sales of products and services through effective inventory management, merchandising standards, and customer engagement.
- Assisting the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and financial reporting, including profit and loss analysis.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management.
- 2 years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work various shift times, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
