Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our travel stops and country stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to drive sales growth and meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees and manage multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular maintenance and safety checks.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and reporting.
- Collaborate with managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2 years of experience managing operations with annual sales volume of $2 million.
- 2 years of supervisory experience with 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to work varied shift times, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
