Job Title: Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations at our travel stops and country stores. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees and manage multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Understand financial reporting and analyze profit and loss statements to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2 years of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- 2 years of supervising and training 5-10 employees.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
