- Manage daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising standards, and facility maintenance
- Analyze financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and employee development
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks and equipment maintenance
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop, or c-store management
- 2 years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million
- 2 years of supervisory experience, with 5-10 employees under your direct supervision
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
