Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues with diesel engines.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position where you will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities with friendly faces. You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and day better.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
- Assist customers with roadside services
- Provide preventative maintenance services
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to move and lift 75 pounds working in close quarters
- Ability to work in various temperatures
- A valid medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
