Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of trucks, ensuring they are in top working condition and meet regulatory requirements.
About the Role
As a Truck Maintenance Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and drivers from all over. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical issues with diesel engines, as well as providing preventative maintenance services.
- Ensuring all maintenance is performed in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
- Ability to move, lift 75 pounds, and work in close quarters.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
