**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a customer-facing role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our customers. You will work closely with your manager to maintain smooth operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.
**Job Functions:
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs
- Operate various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the facility, including equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration systems, etc.)
- Perform site inspections and other assigned duties as needed
