Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining smooth operations to serve customers efficiently
- Provide general customer service duties, including assistance, issue resolution, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Perform general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service tasks for store, restaurant, and truck care departments
- Use various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facilities, including equipment repair and maintenance
- Participate in cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles
Requirements:
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Commitment to prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction
- Adherence to company safety policies and procedures
