Job Summary:
This customer-facing position plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our customers. You'll assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations, provide general customer service, and help with various tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and site inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, and customer service needs
- Use various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facilities, including equipment repair and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repair, and site inspections
- Cross-train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed, prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety
Requirements:
- No prior experience? No problem! We'll teach you the skills you need
- Ability to move, lift 25 pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
